These offers change frequently, but I try to keep this page as current as possible.

Rakuten has one of the strongest sign-up bonuses available and remains one of the best cash back portals overall thanks to its high everyday rates and reliable tracking. You can cash out normally or convert rewards to Bilt points, which I often transfer to Hyatt for significantly higher value than standard cash back.

2. Capital One Shopping

Capital One Shopping can deliver some of the highest cash back rates available through its personalized and exclusive offers.

While standard rates may not look impressive, the exclusive deals can be unbeatable.

In just a few days of normal holiday shopping, I earned $303.75 back on a group cooking class booking, $29.83 back on a pair of Uggs for my daughter, $50 back on an $85 purchase at Dick's Sporting Goods, and $150 back on a $269 Dyson order.

The total spent across these purchases was $1,141.49, and the total rewards came to $533.58.

It's a good example of how Capital One Shopping's exclusive offers can outperform standard cash back rates by a wide margin when the right deals pop up.

The downside is that rewards are paid in gift cards, but once you learn how to use the platform, the deals cannot be matched by any other platform.

3. Kudos

Kudos is different from most cash back tools because it gives you all of the cash back a store pays them, instead of keeping a cut.

Kudos makes money when users sign up for credit cards through the recommendations in the app. Because that's their main revenue source, they can pass along 100% of the cash-back commission from stores directly to you.

A “Kudos Boost” is just their term for extra cash back at certain stores, on top of whatever rewards your credit card already earns.

Boost stores and limited-time Flash Boosts can pay some of the highest rates available, and the extension also tells you which of your cards will earn the most on each purchase.

The $20 sign-up bonus (using code WEALTH_KUDOS) is solid, and the platform has quickly become one of my favorite newer tools in the cash back space.

4. TopCashback

TopCashback consistently offers some of the highest cash back rates and is often above average compared to other major portals. The platform passes nearly all of the commission back to users, which is why rates can be so competitive, and payout options are strong with multiple ways to cash out.

5. GoCashBack

GoCashBack offers an exclusive $15 sign-up bonus for Ways To Wealth readers, which is higher than the standard public offer.

The platform delivers solid cash back rates and occasionally runs limited-time promotions that beat larger portals, though it doesn't yet have a standout feature that would make it your primary shopping engine.

Still, the bonus is easy to earn, the payout options are flexible, and it's worth checking when you're planning a bigger purchase.

6. Shopback

ShopBack offers a $10 bonus for new members who make a $10 purchase, which is easier to unlock than bonuses that require earning $10 in cash back first. I

haven't personally used ShopBack yet, and reviews are a bit mixed, but the bonus itself is straightforward and only requires linking your PayPal account as your withdrawal method.

7. Swagbucks

Swagbucks is better known for its rewards, surveys, and “get-paid-to” offers than its cash-back shopping portal, but the $10 bonus is still easy to earn with a single $25 purchase.

I rarely use Swagbucks as a primary shopping engine unless there's a strong limited-time offer, but it remains a solid all-around platform with plenty of other high-value opportunities — especially bank bonuses and special promotions.

#8. BeFrugal

BeFrugal has been around for years and has a solid reputation as a reliable cash-back portal. The $10 bonus is easy to unlock if you can earn $10 in cash back within your first year, and payout options are strong — including Zelle.

They also offer a “125% best rate guarantee,” but you'll need to jump through a few hoops for it, so I'd treat that as a nice-to-have rather than a primary feature.

Overall, BeFrugal is a good addition if you're stacking multiple bonuses or checking every portal before a big purchase.

HooplaDoopla is a smaller cash-back portal, but I've had good results when using it for select stores that show up as the highest rate.

In my case, Walmart often ranks highest here — I even earned $194 cash back on a sauna purchase, and the payout arrived without any issues.

Some tips for getting the most out of cash back sites are:

• Stack card-linked offers whenever possible. You can often layer Chase Offers, Amex Offers, Citi Merchant Offers, and bank statement-credit deals on top of these shopping portal bonuses. Just make sure you're clicking through the cash-back portal for tracking — not through your credit card's shopping portal.
• Use SaveWise to find extra stackable offers and compare cashback rates.. Apps like SaveWise make it easy to see which merchant offers can stack without breaking portal tracking rules. You can also compare cash-back rates across portals and even set alerts when a store (like Apple) hits your target rate. I've used this often before big purchases.
• Let Kudos pick the right credit card at checkout. Kudos automatically recommends the best-earning card for each purchase, which is especially helpful when you have rotating or category-based cards.
• Refer a spouse or family member for extra earnings. For the bigger bonuses, this can add up fast. Example: a $50 bonus becomes $150 for the household when you sign up, refer your spouse, and you both complete the requirements.
• Be careful with browser extensions. If you're trying to earn a bonus from a specific portal, uninstall or disable competing extensions. Another portal extension can “steal” the click and block your bonus from tracking.
